For schools
The questions you will ask first.
Written for the people who have to sign it off, not for the people who will use it daily.
Heads
Less time spent reconciling what different systems claim, and a senior team meeting that starts from one agreed set of numbers.
Bursars
One licence line instead of a dozen renewals on different cycles, and fees that sit against the same record as the pupil.
Governors
Board reporting produced from the live record, with the working visible underneath every figure.

Answers, before you ask
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- You get a complete structured export, including history. There is no exit fee and no period where we hold it hostage while a contract is renegotiated.
- How long does it take?
- Most schools are running within a term. The listening stage takes weeks rather than days, and it is the part that determines whether the rest works.
- Who owns what we build?
- The school holds a perpetual licence to the system built for it. The underlying platform stays ours, so you benefit from work done for other schools without your specifics leaking to them.
- What about safeguarding and data protection?
- EU data residency, a processor agreement available before signature, and an audit trail on every record view. PROVISIONAL: certification status to be confirmed.
