Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of M.ind. By creating an account you agree to them.

What M.ind is

M.ind is a study aid for the Irish Leaving and Junior Cert. We mirror the publicly published State Examinations Commission archive at examinations.ie, generate practice questions with AI, and provide tools (timer, games, teaching bot) to help you study.

What M.ind is not

• An official SEC product. We are not affiliated with examinations.ie or the Department of Education.
• A guarantee of grades. AI-generated questions and study plans are aids, not predictions.
• A replacement for marking by a qualified teacher.

Acceptable use

Use M.ind for personal or classroom study. Don't scrape it, resell it, share account access, or feed it through other AI products to evade tier limits. Schools using the school plan must keep their seat count accurate.

Subscriptions

Premium and School subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Cancel any time from Billing → Open billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. We don't prorate refunds for partial months unless required by law.

AI content

AI-generated questions and feedback are produced by third-party language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). They are best-effort and may occasionally be wrong. Always cross-check important answers against the marking scheme.

Liability

M.ind is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MTMN Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. exam grades). Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the Irish courts.
