Who we are

M.ind is built and operated by MTMN Digital, a sole-trader studio based in Duhallow, Co. Cork. For all data-protection matters write to hello@mtmn.ie.

What we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, year group, role, date of birth (used to determine the right consent route).
  • Study activity: sessions, game attempts, exam dates, study plans you create. Used to personalise your experience and power class leaderboards if you join one.
  • School linkage: if you join a school via invite code, we link your profile to that school so your teachers can see your activity within their classes.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription state.
  • Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for 30 days for security and debugging.

What we don't collect

No advertising trackers, no analytics SDKs, no third-party pixels. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your study activity to train external AI models.

Under-16 users

Under Irish law (Data Protection Act 2018) the digital age of consent is 16. If you indicate you're under 16 at signup, we ask you to confirm a parent or guardian is aware you're registering. We strongly encourage parents to check in with under-16 users; if you're a parent/guardian and want any account closed or data deleted, write to hello@mtmn.ie.

Where data is stored

Application data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Storage), hosted in the EU. Stripe processes payments. Anthropic processes AI prompts you submit; we send only the minimum text needed (your topic and message), no identity tokens. None of these processors store cross-account profiles of you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your data. Manage all of these from Settings → Privacy & datawhen you're signed in. Most exports complete in under 30 minutes. Account deletion is immediate.

Cookies

We use one essential first-party cookie for authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies. Details on the cookie policy.
